Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
AZ LABS LTD, trading as AZ Product Lab, provides software development, SaaS platform work, information technology consultancy, data processing, business process automation, analytics, and specialised IT support services. AZ LABS LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17215562. We do not currently sell physical goods through this website, so product return shipping procedures do not apply.
2. Project services
For fixed-scope projects, payments for completed work, delivered milestones, discovery sessions, planning, design, development, configuration, data processing, and committed third-party costs are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, we may invoice for work performed up to the cancellation date and refund any unused prepaid balance where applicable.
3. Subscriptions and retainers
Monthly support retainers, SaaS support subscriptions, and ongoing service plans may be cancelled according to the written agreement or invoice terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees already paid for an active billing period are non-refundable, but access or support will continue until the end of that paid period.
4. Deposits
Deposits reserve project capacity and may be used for discovery, planning, administration, and early technical work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started unless a written agreement states otherwise.
5. Service issues
If you believe a service has not been delivered as agreed, contact us promptly with the order details, project name, and a clear description of the issue. We will review the matter and may offer remediation, service credit, partial refund, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion and in line with the applicable agreement.
6. Third-party costs
Fees charged by third-party providers, including hosting, software subscriptions, data services, payment processors, licences, and cloud infrastructure, are subject to the third party's own terms and are not refundable by AZ LABS LTD unless the third party provides a refund to us.
7. How to request a refund review
Refund or cancellation requests should be sent using the contact details published on this website. Include your name, company, invoice number, payment date, service purchased, and the reason for the request.
8. Processing time
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.
